Customer Care

  • Once your order has been shipped, we’ll notify you via email. This email will include your tracking information and also allow you to check the status of your order. 
  • Once an order is submitted, we're immediately working to process to ship your product.【After the product has being shipped】 We're unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
  • Pre-ordered items are placed on "backorder" until the inventory arrives in our warehouse to ship to you. Your credit card is authorized at the time of purchase, but you won't be charged until the item(s) become available and are shipped. Expected delivery dates are indicated when you pre-order an item, but please note these dates are subject to change.
  • All the products are hand made therefore take 30 days from order date to ship the products. The quality of product is worth to wait thanks for be patient. We will deliver after the products AFTER arrive the warehouse.
  • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
  • D.Passion ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. D.Passion is not responsible for any fees occurs in transit:If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
  • For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
  • Orders within the domestic Taiwan via HCT and typically arrive in 2-3 business days. We will note your preferring time on the delivery form but note that we do not guarantee delivery time.
  • All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio.
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
  • International orders ship via FedEx and typically arrive within 2-6 days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio.
  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. Some countries issue heavy duties, so we highly suggest researching these rates for your country before ordering. Bryr is not responsible for any charges incurred by your country.
  • Please note, at this time we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for our international customers due to duties complications. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
